Open Positions

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sampling inspections of local warehouse finished goods
  • Rework and sort damaged or mislabeled inventory
  • Review factory sourced documentation (FAI, PPAP, IMDS, Specs, ECNs, etc.) for accuracy & completeness
  • Manage group level declarations including RoHS, Conflict Materials, REACH
  • Assist applications engineering with verification of products and customer complaints
  • Management of product compliance obligations (UL/TUV/VDE)
  • Maintain calibration of QC equipment

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required (technology trade school experience preferred)
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft EXCEL (including creating, modifying & formatting charts, filter & managing data, using mathematical, logical & statistical functions as well as creating and/or modifying Macro commands)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to operate electronics lab equipment such as power sources, multimeters, microscopes, and soldering station (previous experience preferred)
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple assignments
  • Professional approach, utilizing good judgment and creative problem solving (an investigative mindset)
  • Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules set forth; promotes the Company’s safety standards; does not take unnecessary risk

  • Accounting functions include but not limited to review of invoices, entering credit memos, remittance reports, endorsements of checks
  • IT functions include but not limited to entering new customers into our system, maintaining existing customers, setting up part numbers

  • This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • At least three years secretarial/administrative work experience required supporting executives
  • PC literacy: MS Word, Outlook, Excel (proficient in so called Top 10 functions) and Access (preferable, not required).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to type 55 WPM.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects
  • Professional approach, utilizing good judgment and creative problem solving

  • Types and designs general correspondences, memos, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
  • Must maintains a high degree of confidentiality
  • Restock supplies (from offices supplies to warehouse/shipping supplies)
  • Accounting functions include but not limited to review of invoices, entering credit memos, remittance reports, endorsements of checks
  • IT functions include but not limited to entering new customers into our system, maintaining existing customers, setting up part numbers
  • HR responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining employee listings, assisting with putting together new hire packages, benefit packages
